Mulch Sales Coordinator Wanted!

We are looking for a volunteer to serve as the Mulch Sales Coordinator in SY 2024-2025. 

  1. Purpose: The Mulch Sale is the largest PTSA fundraiser annually and it provides a significant amount of funding to the All-Night Graduation Party every year. 
  2. Responsibilities: Vendor selection, PTSA website updates/payments (website administrator coordination), volunteer recruitment, delivery scheduling (two Saturdays in March 2025) 
  3. Time Commitment: 4-5 hours per month from October to December 2024 virtually, 10-15 hours per month from January to March 2025 virtually, depending on volunteer team
  4. Assistance: Previous coordinator willing to train the new leader.
